Single Build Service

We are an Irish company with offices in Ireland an Egypt.

We specialise in building luxury villas in Egypt for clients who have purchased their own plot and are looking for a company to build a luxury villa for them.

We have already built a villa in the beautiful Sahl Hasheesh resort where the M.D. of the company lives and has an office there on site.

Potential clients are welcome to come and view the villa and see the standards of finish and workmanship, which we provide.

All our villas are built to the highest European standards and regulations and we do everything from getting your licence to build to giving you your key to move in.

We also provide a full interior design service from advising you on your colour scheme to advising you on furniture and layout of your, villa, kitchen, etc.
